Greeting a New Person – Micro

This brief module covers how to make a positive first impression when meeting someone new. Learners will learn:

• Offering a warm welcome

• Making a pleasant introduction

• Checking for basic physical comfort (thirst, bathroom, etc.)

• Building rapport and trust

By the end of this micro course, learners will understand how to set the tone, create a respectful and safe environment, and help the individual feel ready to engage.
